Interesting, when I tried to open the forums my browser interfered and gave me a big warning, and said that just visiting the site could infect a pc.
How does such an infection happen, is it the usual Javascript/ActiveX/Flashplayer exploit or something more nasty? I thought about playing around using a VM, but then again.. didn't want to push my luck
I found this scanning-planets-for-resources part in Mass Effect 2 annoying. Am I the only one? It's hard work to scan a planet with this small and slow radar spot
I guess the car physics were improved as well?. There's now a huge amount of life-off-oversteer with the demo car, making the driving more difficult to me than in the older versions. (I'm not complaining though, more difficult = more fun!)
I have no idea but did you do a fresh install of LFS? If you copied it over from your old rig, maybe LFS it not properly configured for the new hardware
:tombstoneIt was a good team. I don't know what happened, I suppose too many guys left in the last month. Cheers to you (ex-) clockwork guys, see you on the track someday
+1 for this. The current car names are very hard to memorize (at least for me), after years of LFS i still can't distinguish what cars are behind XRG, XFR, FZR, FZ0 etc., because all this names look so related.
Also it would be great to have some proper names for the AI drivers by default, instead of AI 1, AI 2 etc. LFS could use the names of the devs and the beta-testers for example.
My suggestion is to dispose of the sprint races. Or do they exist in RL Indycar? I don't know but I think LFSCART should be more like the CART series which had no sprint races AFAIK. As a compensation you could increase the overall race distance
Do you always log in with your administrator account? Do you have Flashplayer installed? Using an old version of Internet Explorer? ActiveX enabled in Internet Explorer? All this things, especially in combination, make your computer vulnerable to virus infection, even if you only visit trusted sites.
My polish is bad but i think the translation is "Infector is concealed, version 2.10". Quite communicative for a virus, but yes you should get rid of this asap
Just go and install it, today starforce is not better or worse than safedisc or any other copy protection software. They all install drivers and other things to your computer. If starforce causes trouble (which is very, very unlikely) you can still return the game to your dealer
